Vegan Planet: Tuscan White Bean Soup

I think Vegan Planet might just be the cookbook of the century for awesome food. I made this delicious Tuscan white bean soup. It’s got a rich tomato base, pasta, and beans! win!! win!! win!! Most of all every recipe I have tried has been filling with generous portion sizes and very weight watcher’s friendly.
